Founded in 1989, MTC Education was the first education program created by a major New York theatre company and remains a standard of excellence for the field. Manhattan Theatre Club’s Director of Education oversees a multi-faceted operation that annually serves more than 3,000 individuals through an array of dynamic, innovative programs, including short- and long-term in-school residencies, theatre-going experiences, career and professional development offerings, family programming, community engagement initiatives, and customized one-off workshops.
